Terms and Conditions
- All training and service days require pre-payment.
- Out of pocket expenses (OPE) are borne by the customer for out-of-office training and services.
- Services are subject to a 6% service tax.
- Confirmed training dates and locations cannot be changed.
- Non-attendance by the trainee on a confirmed training will be considered as a completed delivery.
- Training courses are valid for 6 month from date of purchase.
